Hello! We're thrilled you decided to join the par-tee for life. Here are some deets on how to get your membership activated and answers to FAQs.

Membership Registration Instructions
  1. Sign-up at www.tipsyputt.com/fsp-membership by choosing the pub location nearest to you and filling out the required information.

  2. After signing up, you will be taken to your membership profile. Click on “view
    membership card” to view and download your mobile membership card.

  3. You can also access your membership profile via our welcome email. After signing up you will have gotten an email from us, from there you can view your profile and download your mobile membership card by following the process above. 

  4. Don’t see a welcome email in your inbox or spam folder? Contact us at hello@tipsyputt.com for assistance. 

  5. Head to the pub to pick up your welcome pack and start using your membership perks!

 

 
 

FAQ

Q: What does pending mean? 

A: A membership with a “pending” status signifies that you have not picked up your welcome merchandise at one of our pubs. Your membership perks are still active, but your status will not show as “active” until we know you have picked up your welcome pack.

 

Q: How do I get my merch?

A: Visit any Tipsy Putt location and let one of our beertenders know you are a member and need to pick up your welcome pack. They will assist you at our ProShop and switch your profile to “active” status.
 

Q: I received a gift membership - what does that include?

A: A gifted or donated membership comes with all the great perks of our usual membership! Including free games for life at all locations, discounts on merchandise, party rooms, priority access to our Trophy Club speakeasy’s, and more! The only difference is a gifted or donated membership does not come with welcome merchandise, only your mobile membership card.

Q: How do I access / or reset my password?

A: Head to app.joinit.com/o/flatstick-pub/members and enter the email associated with your membership. After clicking “Look Up Email” you can click “Forgot Password” to send a password reset request to your inbox.

Q: Where can I use my membership?

A: Your membership perks are valid at all Tipsy Putt and Trophy Club locations.
 

Q: Where can I find Trophy Club?

A: Trophy Club is hidden inside Flatstick Pub aka Tipsy Putt in Downtown Sacramento. Head to the host stand for admission. We can't tell you exactly where Trophy Club is, it would spoil the surprise.
 

Q: Can I bring guests to Trophy Club?

A: Members can bring up to 3 guests. Other guests can use an access password. We don’t typically admit groups larger than 4-5 at a time. You can make a reservation for a larger group or private party.

 

Q: Can I make a reservation at Trophy Club?

A: We take reservations 48 hours in advance for members, large parties or private parties. Send an inquiry to hello@tipsyputt.com

 

Q: Do you hold special events for members?

A: Yes, we hold monthly events in Trophy Club  that are tailored exclusively for our members. Members will be notified about these events via email. 

 

Q: Are Trophy Club events free for members?

A: While some member events are free, classes and tastings have a ticket price with built-in discounts and specials for members. Prices range from $20 - $100 depending on the event and the offerings.

Q: How do I update my email address?

A: Head to app.joinit.com/o/flatstick-pub/members to log into your current profile. Once logged in, you can click “Edit Membership Info” and choose “Edit Email Here” to update your email address associated with your membership.
